Cedatec Vertix Loader & Unloader system is designed to be an integral part of an automatic factory.

The units grant soft and precise handling of boards and operations are damage free through a wide range of board sizes and thicknesses. Vertix is fed by a unique type of trolley which has one side for board carriage and are easily moveable to any location for many purposes. The trolleys are coupled to the Vertix via clutches which allows for proper boards positioning.

The Loader features an innovative Cedatec engineered system for the prevention of double board feeding.

The Unloader has available an optional device for centering the boards.

The Vertix trolleys can be used also in many manual applications such as for manual exposure and other applications.

The Loader and Unloader mod CE1706 system is designed to be an integral part of an automatic factory.

Applications are numerous and limited only by operations where boards can be situated in horizontal position. The unit grant soft & precise handling and operations are damage free through a wide range of board sizes and thicknesses. The CE 1706 is fed by a trolley which can be easily moveable to any location. Operating speed is adjustable to match the needs of any other device which supplies boards or receive boards. Up to 6 boards per minute can be processed depending on the size.

Loader version features a system for the prevention of double board feeding with a shake-cylinder.

Cleaning Machine CE-6500 has functions of static elimination and dust removal that quickly.

In order to reduce the problems incurred in the production of complex PCB’s, CEDATEC srl has developed a new laminating system.

Dry-film is laminated by means of heated rollers with a diameter of 130 mm (5”).

This system can laminate successfully even onto surfaces with high porosity.

• Input conveyor with adjustable alignment centering guide device (soft contact).
• Lamination width: 620 mm (24.5”).
• Panel thickness 0.1 – 5 mm (0.05 – 8 mm as optional)
• Laminating system by means of two heated rollers with a diameter of 130 mm (5”) to ensure perfect uniformity during application of dry-film.
• Dry-film roller supports complete with tensioning device.
• Output conveyor to facilitate cutting of dry-film.
• Exhaust system for fumes generated during the dry-film lamination
• Touch screen for an user friendly operation
